Grand Plaza Putatan is the shopping complex in Bandar Putatan. Park inside, take the stairs or the lift to the first floor, then walk along the corridor. Look for the Ark Dental sign.

We do not have an online booking system. A real person answers instead. It is slower, but you get a straight answer about what you need and when we can see you.

Better for anything urgent, or if you would rather explain it out loud. If nobody answers, we are with a patient. Try again in a while, or send a WhatsApp instead.

Your IC, and a list of any medicine you take. If you have had X-rays or treatment somewhere else recently, bring the records or tell us the clinic name. It saves doing the same work twice.
Yes, inside the Grand Plaza Putatan complex. It is busiest at lunchtime and on Saturdays, so give yourself a few extra minutes.
Cash, card and e-wallet. Bigger treatments like braces and implants are normally paid in instalments. We give you the payment plan in writing before you start.
Just send us a WhatsApp. One day’s notice if you can manage it. That lets us give your slot to someone who is waiting, often someone in pain.
